{"id":1510,"date":"2022-11-14T13:04:56","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T13:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.torresdelaalameda.es\/ofede\/?p=1510"},"modified":"2022-11-14T13:04:57","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T13:04:57","slug":"treinta-nuevos-trabajadores-en-el-ayuntamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.torresdelaalameda.es\/ofede\/treinta-nuevos-trabajadores-en-el-ayuntamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Treinta nuevos trabajadores en el Ayuntamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treinta personas se incorporan a la plantilla municipal a trav\u00e9s del programa de empleo de reactivaci\u00f3n profesional para personas desempleadas de larga duraci\u00f3n mayores de 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.torresdelaalameda.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Programa-de-Empleo-Reactivacion-22-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19010\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de un n\u00famero de contrataciones mucho mayor que en a\u00f1os anteriores a trav\u00e9s de las cuales el Ayuntamiento quiere fomentar e impulsar la vuelta al mercado laboral de personas desempleadas de larga duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos nuevos trabajadores se incorporar\u00e1n al \u00e1rea de v\u00edas y obras (fontaneros, pintores, alba\u00f1iles), al \u00e1rea de medio ambiente (jardiner\u00eda), limpieza viaria y gesti\u00f3n administrativa y t\u00e9cnica del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los contratos tendr\u00e1n una duraci\u00f3n de 6 meses e incorporan una parte de formaci\u00f3n en, competencias digitales b\u00e1sicas, prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales y b\u00fasqueda activa de empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo de estas contrataciones es activar el perfil profesional de los participantes para mejorar su empleabilidad y favorecer su vuelta al mercado laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los programas de empleo son proyectos subvencionados por organismos p\u00fablicos,&nbsp;<\/strong>a cargo de &nbsp;los fondos recibidos del Servicio P\u00fablico de Empleo Estatal (SEPE) distribuidos para su gesti\u00f3n por la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.torresdelaalameda.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/banner-programa-de-empleo-22-1024x410.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19013\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Treinta personas se incorporan a la plantilla municipal a trav\u00e9s del programa de empleo de reactivaci\u00f3n profesional para personas desempleadas de larga duraci\u00f3n mayores de 30 a\u00f1os.
